The reservation team communicated well with me prior to my arrival which helped facilitate our check in and saved us a lot of time. We requested for connecting rooms because we travelled with small children and the front desk arranged it for us. They even helped us make a reservation for the teppanyaki restaurant Dojima and communicated with the restaurant prior to our dinner. Parking system worked quite well as we used the same parking ticket for the entire stay.

Great location for getting around the city with kids. Just a short walk from Osaka station, taxi rank right outside the hotel lobby, lots of shops and restaurants nearby including a convenience store next door for essentials. Room service options were fantastic and the staff were wonderful.

The lobby's welcoming ambiance is one of my favorites and the staff is helpful. Booking a taxi is easy with assistance from the staff. My flight was cancelled, fortunately, they have an available room and they accommodated my request and helped me moved my luggages. The hotel is conveniently located the train station.

Room upgraded because non non-smoking room available. Quite good variety of breakfast Japan very easy to get access to metro, 3min walk to station

Great venue and central location in Osaka - close to business and highways to drive out of town - with fantastic breakfast buffet and attentive staff.
