ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka, an IHG Hotel

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service at ANA Crowne! Our stay at ANA Crowne was absolutely wonderful, and we were particularly impressed by the outstanding service from the housekeeping team. A special mention goes to Shoda, who went above and beyond when we needed assistance on November 7th around 6 PM. Our young son had a little accident, and Shoda arrived in no time to change the bedding. She handled everything so swiftly and professionally that our evening wasn’t disrupted at all. Her kindness and efficiency truly stood out, making what could have been a stressful moment completely seamless. Beyond this, the entire hotel experience was fantastic. The renovations are top-notch, giving the hotel a fresh and modern feel while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every aspect of our stay—from the amenities to the hospitality—was exceptional.

Great location for getting around the city with kids. Just a short walk from Osaka station, taxi rank right outside the hotel lobby, lots of shops and restaurants nearby including a convenience store next door for essentials. Room service options were fantastic and the staff were wonderful.

Good Breakfast Great location 45mins walk to Osaka Castle. !7 mins flat walk to Osaka Haruka Airport Line. NOTE: Not the same as Shin-Osaka (Shinkasen Station) 15-20 min taxi ride away 5 mins from centre of town Osaka castle was fantastic but couldn't go inside because of a colossal Queue. But very picturesque and well worth the walk.

Spacious room for 2, I love the location as it is not in a dense area. It's calm and peaceful here. Took just a 15-minute Uber ride to Osaka Castle, History & Military Museums as well as a library which are places that still consist of the remains of WW2 buildings.
